Classes for Older Adults

Unless otherwise indicated, classes for older adults are 10 weeks. $25 fee for 55 or older. Our programs offer life-long education to help in continued personal growth and development. Classes focus on survival skills, self-maintenance and economic self-sufficiency. The Sequoia District Adult School also offers classes (open to all residents of the community) in convalescent hospitals and retirement homes. NOTE: Many of these classes have a discounted fee for persons age 55 or older. Please read the class description, schedule and fee information carefully to see whether a particular class has a discounted fee. If no discounted fee is listed, then all students pay the same fee.
