Mindfulness

A class for beginners as well as for those with current meditation practices
who wish to be supported in deepening their ability to live a more mindful
life. The weekly focus of the class will be predominately sitting meditation
practice. Mindfulness meditation practice is a tried and true method to
increase your focus, awareness, appreciation or compassion for life and
