District Information

The Sequoia Union High School District Board of Trustees recognizes that the district has primary responsibility for insuring that it complies with state and federal laws and regulations governing educational programs. The district shall investigate and seek to resolve complaints at the local level. The district shall follow uniform complaint procedures when addressing complaints alleging unlawful discrimination or failure to comply with state and federal law in adult basic education, consolidated categorical aid programs, migrant education, vocational education, and special education programs. Complaints should be filed with the district superintendent. See school site principals to review regulations for procedures in filing a complaint, to get information relating to complaints that are investigated directly by state agencies, and to receive information regarding your legal rights.
Policy of Non-Discrimination on the Basis of Disability
The Sequoia Union High School District does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission or access to, or treatment of employment in its programs or activities. The following individual has been designated to coordinate compliance with the non-discrimination requirements contained in Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

Procedimientos Uniformes de Quejas
