2. Prepare for the G.E.D in English or Spanish.
3. Improve your pre-GED / basic reading, writing, spelling, and math skills.

High School Diploma

Sequoia Adult School requires completion of 180 credits for high school diploma. Credits are given for classes taken after 8th grade at other high schools, adult schools or at colleges. In addition, credits are given for work experience, military training or pre-approved vocational classes. A flexible evening schedule allows you to make up the credits you lack.

Step 1: Obtain a copy of your high school transcript, and any other course work transcript you wish to be considered for credit.
Step 2: After you review your transcript, if you require more than 30 credits to obtain a high school diploma, we recommend that you consider getting a GED.
Step 3: Call 650.306.8866 and press number 7 for an appointment with our academic advisor to discuss the options available to you.
Note: If you need to make up credits, plan to attend at least six hours a week to meet your goal.
